Black Forest Reserve HOA

The Black Forest Reserve is located off of Meridian Road approximately 11 miles north of Woodman. It is a gated community of 292 lots spread across 1366 acres. The Homeowners Association provides the following services:

  • Snow removal for private streets
  • Maintenance of the common areas
  • Covenant enforcement
  • Architectural control
  • Trash removal
  • Maintenance of the private streets
  • Maintenance of the gate facilities

Want to make a change?

Just a reminder, any modification to the exterior of your home requires approval of the HOA first. Failure to acquire prior approval could result in fines, liens, the HOA taking corrective action at your expense. Requesting approval is easy, simply fill out this FORM and send it to the HOA along with with the applicable plans, specs, fees, colors, etc. The Architectural Review Committee will review the plans and make a determination. This process typically takes about two weeks, but saves a lot of headache.
