Harvest Ridge Village HOA
The Harvest Ridge Village Community is located off of Vickers and Union. The Homeowners Association provides the following services:
- Snow Removal for private streets and sidewalks
- Landscape maintenance including watering, mowing, and replacement
- Irrigation repairs
- Winter Watering
- Maintenance of the storm water facilities
- Trash removal
- Maintenance of the private streets
- Community Management and Covenant Enforcement
- Exterior Building Maintenance per the Covenants

Want to make a change?
Just a reminder, any modification to the exterior of your home requires approval of the HOA first. Failure to acquire prior approval could result in fines, leans, the HOA taking corrective action at your expense. Requesting approval is easy, simply fill out this FORM and send it to the HOA along with with the applicable plans, specs, fees, colors, etc. The Architectural Review Committee will review the plans and make a determination. This process typically takes about two weeks, but saves a lot of headache.
