Wildwood 1 HOA
The Wildwood HOA is located off of Jettream Drive just off of Voyager Parkway. The Homeowners Association provides the following services:
- Snow removal for private streets and sidewalks located within the common areas
- Landscape maintenance including watering, mowing, and replacement
- Irrigation repairs
- Winter watering
- Maintenance of the retaining walls and any fencing required by the City of Colorado Springs
- Trash removal
- Maintenance of the private streets
- Community management and covenant enforcement

In an effort to better protect the HOA, access to the HOA's documents will require a username and password. To get the username and password please send an email with your name and property address to info@managementofco.net
There will be a meeting of the homeowners association on Novembet 30th at 6:00 Pm at the fire station located at 2490 Research Pkwy. This meeting is being held to discuss the 2012 budget and to elect a new board member.

Want to make a change?
Just a reminder, any modification to the exterior of your home requires approval of the HOA first. Failure to acquire prior approval could result in fines, liens, the HOA taking corrective action at your expense. Requesting approval is easy, simply fill out this FORM and send it to the HOA along with with the applicable plans, specs, fees, colors, etc. The Architectural Review Committee will review the plans and make a determination. This process typically takes about two weeks, but saves a lot of headache.
